The Mourning Dove was chosen as the icon for it's promise of life, hope and renewal. All the promises we look for in the foods we eat. The basket represents the bountiful and diverse harvest we offer. The color palette is earthy and rich. Greens represent the promise fresh products. The straw color has a natural sensibility. Deep plum violet represents nobility, wisdom and quality. The overall simple, clean design mirrors Mourning Dove Organic Farm’s own farming practices.
