I had the pleasure of having a photo shoot with my beautiful Rescue dog Dixie. I’m not sure who rescued who. I was a bit worried as to how she would be behave when Barbara was trying to do this photo shoot, but with Barbara‘s years of experience and professionalism, she knew how to get Dixie’s attention and get her to do whatever she wanted. It was truly a wonderful experience. I thank Barbara for what she is doing for Rescue One with her book. She has such a warm heart..

I would highly recommend her for all of your photo needs.

Barbara has an eye for lighting, scenery, cropping, fixing, adjusting, and seeing people in a beautiful angle. I’m picky about my photographs and she customized everything just as I wanted! The wall portraits are really wonderful—my favorite one is printed in a metal product so the light really pops. “My daughter usually does not enjoy photo sessions, but she actually had fun in her session with Barbara. She loved how Barbara let her put her own twist on ideas & made her feel very comfortable. We loved every picture! So hard to narrow it down on which to select! My daughter really wanted to get some pictures with her cat whom she absolutely adores. My daughter & I were apprehensive about it and really didn’t think we’d be able to get any good shots (cat is very skittish in new places). But Barbara had the perfect room & setup to work with and she got some great pictures of my daughter with her cat. Highly recommend Barbara if you’re looking for a photographer!!”

“My pups, Smoochie and Arfy, and l had a great photo session with Barb today. We are participating in her Underdogs coffee table book project which highlights rescued dogs and their journeys to adoption.
I have a very sweet and submissive dog who will do anything l ask, and then l have Arfy whom is unpredictable to say the least. Barb has an excellent setup with introducing the dogs to her home, the studio and flash photography.
She makes the session relaxed and fun. She caught us in our natural state and l know it will be difficult selecting just one or two photos to print for our wall.
I had a dream to re-create a photo l had seen online of a dog in a bath robe and towel turban and when I mentioned it to Barb she didn’t hesitate for an instant. She said, “Let’s do it!” So we did. And the photos are precious.

"Barb did such a great job with my senior pictures in 2018 and I was definitely not disappointed when I booked my 2 year old with her. Barb was so patient and tried her best to get my daughter to warm up. She asked me before trying anything, which was nice.
